Your emails, waiting in your Gmail drafts

For every job you pick, Jobreach writes a short email to the person who can hire you and saves it as a draft in your own Gmail, with a resume made for that job attached. You open Gmail, read it, change what you like, and press Send. It goes from your address, under your name.

How it works

  1. Connect Gmail once

From Connectors, with any Gmail account. Jobreach asks Google for one Gmail permission: the one for drafts.
  2. Pick openings, or add posts

Openings matched to you, or a post you paste, send from LinkedIn or forward on Telegram or WhatsApp. See LinkedIn hiring posts.
  3. The email is written and checked

Three short paragraphs to the published address, held to your own record: no address that wasn't published, no number you can't back up.
  4. It lands in your drafts

With the one-page PDF attached. An email that needs a look waits in Jobreach until you press Draft in Gmail.
  5. You press Send

Jobreach notices when the draft leaves your drafts and marks it sent, so your Applications stay up to date.

What Jobreach can and can't do in your Gmail

  • It asks for one permission, which Google words as manage drafts and send emails. It uses it to create drafts, and to send a draft only if you turn on Send for me.
  • It never reads your mail. It only asks Gmail about the drafts it made.
  • Disconnect from Connectors whenever you like: the access ends at once, and drafts already there stay.
  • While Google reviews Jobreach's Gmail permission, Google may say it hasn't verified the app. Connecting still works: press Advanced, then Go to Jobreach.

Send for me, if you want it

Off until you turn it on. Emails that passed every check go from your own Gmail at random moments inside the hours you choose, after waiting in your drafts first. By default that is 2 PM to 5 PM, up to 10 a day (you can choose 3 to 20), at least 2 hours in drafts. Stop any one before it goes; if you edit the draft in Gmail, your version is what goes.

It never sends an email that needs a look, one for a post older than three days, or one for a post another Jobreach user added (you read those first). It pauses after two bounces in a week.

Without Gmail

Use another mail app? Copy the email from Jobreach and attach the PDF, or copy it with a link to the resume instead. Mark it sent with I sent it.
