For career switchers

When you already have a job, you don't have time to rewrite your resume for every opening. Jobreach matches openings to your experience, leads each resume with the work that fits that job, and drafts a short email to the hiring manager or the recruiter who posted. You read it and press Send.

Openings matched to your experience

  • Your years of full-time experience are worked out from your job dates, and openings are matched to them: not too junior, not out of reach.
  • Your salary floor in lakh a year and your notice period are respected.
  • Large companies are included unless you leave them out, and you can list companies to skip, such as your current employer.
  • Cities, remote, hybrid or onsite: your choice, and posts that don't fit are never written to.

Moving into a new kind of role

Choose the new kind of role as one of up to four. Jobreach builds a resume for it from your own record that leads with the work closest to it: the sales lead who ran the team's reporting, for a data analyst role, or the support engineer who wrote the internal tools, for a backend role. It shows you plainly what the openings ask for that your record doesn't have, and never fills the gap with claims you can't back up.

Your experience leads

Your work experience comes first, with projects in support. For each job, the roles and lines that answer the post move up and the rest are trimmed so it fits the length you chose. Every line is yours, reworded at most.

An email that respects your situation

  • It goes to the person who posted, or a published hiring address, never a guessed one.
  • It never raises pay, and mentions your notice period only when the post asks.
  • It waits in your Gmail drafts, so nothing goes out from your account without you.

Private while you look

Jobreach never logs in to LinkedIn and never posts anything. Your CV, resumes and emails are private to your account, and you can delete all of it from your profile. Privacy policy.
