Your emails, sent from your own Gmail
For every job you pick, Jobreach writes a short email to the person who can hire you, with a resume made for that job attached. The email waits on its own page in Jobreach. You read it, change what you like, and press Send from Gmail. It goes from your address, under your name, and stays in your Gmail Sent folder.

How it works
Connect Gmail once
From Connectors, with any Gmail account. Jobreach asks Google for one Gmail permission: to send email.Pick openings, or add posts
Openings matched to you, or a post you paste, send from LinkedIn or forward on Telegram or WhatsApp. See LinkedIn hiring posts. The email is written and checked
Three short paragraphs to the published address, held to your own record: no address that wasn't published, no number you can't back up.It waits for you in Jobreach
On the email's own page, with the one-page PDF attached. Read it, and change the subject or any line with Edit. An email that didn't pass every check is marked Needs a look. You press Send from Gmail
Jobreach shows the address it goes to and the one it goes from, then sends it from your Gmail. It is in your Sent folder, and your Applications say it was sent.
What Jobreach can and can't do in your Gmail
- It asks for one permission, which Google words as Send email on your behalf. It uses it to send an email when you press Send from Gmail, and to send your checked emails only if you turn on Send for me.
- It can't read anything in your Gmail: not your inbox, not your drafts, not your Sent folder.
- Disconnect from Connectors whenever you like: the access ends at once.
- While Google reviews Jobreach's Gmail permission, Google may say it hasn't verified the app. Connecting still works: press Advanced, then Go to Jobreach.
Send for me, if you want it
Off until you turn it on. Emails that passed every check go from your own Gmail at random moments inside the hours you choose, after waiting in Jobreach first. By default that is 2 PM to 5 PM, up to 10 a day (you can choose 3 to 20), at least 2 hours after the email is ready or you last changed it. Each email's page says when it will go: change it before then and your version goes, or press Don't send this one.
It never sends an email that needs a look, one for a post older than three days, or one for a post another Jobreach user added (you read those first). It pauses after two bounces in a week.
Without connecting Gmail
Use another mail app? Copy the email from Jobreach and attach the PDF, or copy it with a link to the resume instead. Or press Open in Gmail: a new Gmail email opens with the address, subject and text filled in, and you attach the PDF. Mark it sent with I sent it.
Drafts from before
Jobreach used to save each email as a draft in your Gmail. It doesn't any more. Drafts it saved there stay in your Gmail drafts: send one from Gmail, then press I sent it on its page in Jobreach.
